To kick off the session, a light walking warm-up is emphasized. This helps to gradually prepare the body for more intense stretches and movements. Participants are encouraged to implement a simple sequence of actions including lifting hands while on their toes, followed by walking with exaggerated arm movements to engage more muscle groups.
Warm-Up Steps:
Lift hands up, rise on toes, and lower down – repeat 20 times.
Continue walking while moving elbows backward – 20 times total.
Shoulder rotations – both clockwise and counter-clockwise for 10 counts each.
