This triggers a cascade of negative thoughts that can snowball quickly.
The Dangers of Negative Thought Patterns
Our brains, filled with what may be termed “gossipy neurons,” thrive on these patterns of negativity. They chatter and connect, amplifying our worries and concerns about our appearance or worth. This highlights the significance of awareness in our thought processes.
