In embracing this notion, we come to understand that the constant flux of our thoughts and experiences does not define us. Instead, they are fleeting, temporary visitors within the broader expanse of our consciousness. Just like clouds that drift in and out of the sky, our thoughts and feelings can arrive and depart without leaving a trace on the vast field of awareness beneath them.

The essence of our experience is characterized by freedom. We may feel the urge to grasp onto thoughts, emotions, or experiences, but we are reminded that true liberation is found in letting go.
