For many individuals, sustaining a meditation practice proves particularly challenging. Reflecting on personal experiences, the struggle for consistency becomes evident. Many may start by meditating daily, feeling the positive effects of the practice. Yet as time progresses, the routine wanes. This pattern often includes a few dedicated days followed by a lengthy hiatus, sometimes lasting weeks. This inconsistency can lead to missed opportunities for healing and growth.
The root of this inconsistency can often be traced back to the "force of habit." On one hand, existing habits might sabotage new ones, while on the other hand, creating a new habit requires intentional effort and time.
