Part 4/8:
Relaxation: It all begins with relaxation. Participants are encouraged to gently unwind after a busy day, as if sitting back after a jog. This step is about allowing the mind to be at ease—no need for formal meditation techniques. Individuals learn how to relax their muscles and breathe deeply, fostering an environment where their awareness can blossom.
Objectless Meditation: Once relaxed, the second step involves transitioning into meditation without an object. This step can be daunting, particularly for novices, but it is essential for deeper understanding. Participants engage in deep breathing exercises, focusing on their natural rhythms and allowing their minds to settle into a relaxed state, irrespective of whether they feel 'successful' in their attempts.
