Embracing Imperfection
Participants learn that in this style of meditation, there are three essential qualities to consider:
Presence without Loss: In open awareness, there's a grounded sense of being that keeps one engaged with reality, without dissociation.
Absence of Objects: Unlike traditional meditation, there’s no focus on specific points of attention, allowing one to experience the breadth of awareness as it naturally occurs.
