Mangalore: A Coastal Gem
Our journey began in Mangalore, a port city renowned for its seafood delicacies. Upon arriving, we headed straight to Nar Hotel for our first meal. The fish fry here, particularly the pomfret, blew our minds with its crispy exterior and aromatic masala. Served with a side of fish curry and rice, the flavors spoke of the region's culinary heritage.
