From Mangalore, we traveled to Bengaluru, Karnataka’s vibrant capital. Our first stop was the iconic Brahmin's Coffee Bar, where we enjoyed fluffy idlis paired with rich chutney, followed by their renowned filter coffee. Each sip brought warmth, energizing us for a day filled with culinary exploration.

In the bustling streets, we experienced the local favorite, dosa—a thin, crispy crepe filled with spiced potatoes. We tried variations of these, including the masala dosa and the unique coconut shell idli, which added an earthy, delightful twist to our meals.
