Bengaluru’s street food scene is vibrant and diverse. We explored popular stalls, meeting local food bloggers and tasting fresh preparations of bell pepper filled with spicy masala, crunchy fried snacks, and delectable varieties of biryani. The ingenuity and passion of local vendors shone through as they showcased their specialties, each with its own unique flair.
Among the highlights was a visit to the legendary Taj Hotel, celebrated for its biryani that has been steeped in history and tradition for nearly a century. The delicate balance of spices and flavors in the biryani left us in awe.
