A Grand Farewell
Our final day in Karnataka was bittersweet. We made our way to the airport after savoring more street food, from spicy puffed rice to rich, sweet desserts. As we reminisced about our incredible journey, each flavor and culinary experience stayed vividly etched in our memories.
Reflecting on this journey, it was a delightful testament to India's vast food heritage, specifically the multifaceted flavors of Karnataka. From seafood in Mangalore to the vibrant street food of Bengaluru, every meal told a story of tradition, community, and culinary artistry.
