The class commenced with an invitation to set an intention. Participants were guided to sit comfortably, close their eyes, and tune into their breath. This stage encourages self-awareness that allows us to notice how we feel physically, emotionally, and energetically before beginning the practice. With the intention set, whether personal or collectively aimed at self-love and truth, the class transitioned into physical movement.
