As the practice unfolded, the instructor led various asanas designed to promote fluidity and movement, resembling the flow of water. Starting with grounding exercises, participants were called to visualize the vibrant color orange, embodying the essence of the Swadhisthana Chakra.
The tone of the class was one of liberation, inviting everyone to let go of fears and expectations. The instructor emphasized that this practice was not about pleasing others or achieving perfect alignment; instead, it was about embracing one’s authentic self and moving freely.
