The Practice Begins
As the practice unfolds, participants are introduced to various heart-opening exercises. The first movement, known as the Sufi grind, encourages gentle, flowing movements that warm the body and open the heart. The emphasis is on finding the rhythm that feels most comfortable, allowing the body to express itself dynamically and intuitively.
