Closing with Breathwork and Meditation
Building upon the physical practices, the facilitator introduces a pranayama technique known as Maha yoga pranayama, or full yogic breath. This technique emphasizes a three-part inhalation, stimulating energy movement within the heart space. In conjunction, participants are reminded of the significance of breath control and its role in directing energy.
