One highlighted pose is Shiva Natasana, or the Dancer Pose, which simultaneously engages and opens the heart chakra, Anahata. For this pose, balancing on one leg while reaching with the opposite arm invites energy circulation and heart expansion.

Next, we progress into the Sphinx Pose, combining it with Breath of Fire—a fast-paced breathing technique that invigorates and stimulates the heart center. This rhythmic breathing is essential in placing awareness on Anahata, elevating our energy further and connecting the root and heart centers.

Grounding and Integrating
