Focusing our intentions on self-love during this time fosters warmth and gratitude towards our physical selves.

Before concluding our practice, we engage in the Ego Eradicator exercise, a dynamic way to propel our awareness and energy movement up into the heart. This two-minute session further elevates our self-love practices.
