Closing the Session

As our practice comes to an end, we gently transition back to a seated position. We perform a loving self-hug, repeating affirmations like "Thank you for taking care of me" and "I love you." It’s a moment to honor ourselves for the time and effort we've dedicated to personal growth. The day's intention revolves around self-compassion and acknowledgment of one's journey.
