The session includes meditative practices to facilitate openness. Participants start by finding a comfortable seated position, focusing on their breath, and establishing an intention that resonates with the heart. Exercises such as the Cat-Cow pose, spinal flexes, and arm swings help participants physically embody the energy of forgiveness, connecting breath and movement to further activate the heart center.
Engaging Deeper with Yoga
Subsequent yoga sequences build on these concepts. Participants are guided into deeper poses such as Pigeon Pose and Bridge Pose, designed to open the heart and boost energetic flow. Each posture is practiced with an emphasis on connecting breath with intention, creating a meditative state that allows for introspection and personal growth.
