Balancing and Heart-Centered Poses
After the invigorating Sun Salutations, participants transition into balancing poses, including the powerful Dancer’s Pose, where focus and breath support balance. The facilitator reminds everyone to fix their gaze and keep breathing throughout these challenging postures. The practice emphasizes energizing the Anahata Chakra, the heart center, to enhance one’s capacity to give and receive love.
Next comes core work with Cobra Pose and Sphinx Pose, both designed to open the heart further and deepen the emotional experience. Two minutes are dedicated to finding comfort and awareness in these poses, encouraging participants to tune into sensations within the heart.
