As we near the end, a session of Ego Eradicator encapsulates our journey. Participants are invited to embrace their own rhythm as they practice breath control, maintaining an open heart. Each inhalation and exhalation creates an internal environment for compassion to flourish.
Grounding and Gratitude
Finally, we settle into a relaxed position, taking a moment to ground ourselves after our practice. Noticing physical sensations and emotional states leads us to express gratitude, not just for ourselves but for the journey of self-care and understanding we've undertaken.
