Next, we transition into Dancer Pose—a chance to find balance and grace. Balancing on one leg, we grasp the opposite foot and tilt forward, igniting the energy in our anahata (heart) chakra. The focus here is on the balance and energy awakening, fostering an experience of openness and connection.
Allow yourself to settle into the posture while maintaining deep, steady breaths. Notice how the heart engages and how that energy radiates through your being.
Movement to Release Tension
Following Dancer Pose, we move onto Pigeon Pose, allowing for deeper stretching in the hips while encouraging that same heart energy to flow freely. We can choose to deepen our experience here with Breath of Fire, an invigorating breathing technique that further amplifies our practice.
