Part 3/7:
Embracing Gratitude
We transitioned into the Bridge pose, focusing on elevating our hips and engaging in Breath of Fire, which heightened our awareness of the energies rising from our heart space. Flows from bridge to Pigeon pose allowed us to further explore the qualities of giving and receiving love, echoing gratitude towards both ourselves and the world.
As we practiced Gasana and Cobra Pose, emphasis was placed on maintaining awareness in our hearts, celebrating sensations of expansion and release. Each pose served as an opportunity to express thanks—to ourselves and to the greater universe.
