Transition to Heart-Centered Poses

Having warmed up, we move into Child’s Pose, creating a safe space for relaxation. Knees wide apart and chest resting on the mat, we focus our breath directly into the heart center. Energy flows where the mind goes, and this gentle pose allows the heart to soften and open.

From Child’s Pose, we transition into Ustrasana, or Camel Pose. With options available for varying flexibility levels, the emphasis is on opening the heart space and chest. Participants are encouraged to find their own version of the pose, further focusing on the deep breath that fuels heart awakening.
