As we gently release from the gestures and settle in a comfortable position, we reflect on the sensation of openness in the heart space and increased capacity to give and receive love, affirming our practice today has been a conduit for personal growth and connection to others.
The session concludes with thanks to oneself for showing up on the mat, an important reminder that our journey is nourished through self-love and respect. We are invited to share experiences and progress through our online community, where the practice can continue beyond this session.
