This chakra embodies qualities of love, compassion, integration, and expansion, and is symbolized by the color green, signifying growth and balance. The element associated with it is air, representing the vital force that circulates through our lives as we connect with ourselves and those around us. The bija mantra for this chakra is YUM, which will be used to seal our practice.
