However, by speaking kindly to the mind and reassuring it that facing these feelings is essential for growth, one can ease the internal struggle.
Acknowledging the mind’s fears while insisting on experiencing feelings despite them fosters trust between the emotional self and cognitive self. This harmonious relationship ultimately enables deeper healing and unearths the treasures hidden under layers of past pain.
