Balancing and Releasing Energy
Once you've completed the initial exercise, transition into another phase by clenching your fists over your thumbs and reversing the arm swings. With your arms straight, move powerfully for another two minutes. This part of the sequence balances out the previous exercise while promoting circulation through the neck and cheeks.
As you conclude the arm swings, take a moment to breathe deeply and acknowledge how you feel. The next instruction invites you to bend forward and strike the ground seven times while chanting the mantra “HUD”. This repetition serves to stimulate the navel chakra, activating stored energy and facilitating emotional release, especially for feelings of fear and confusion that hindrance decisive action.
