This heart space, described as sparkling with light, is a metaphor for the joy within each individual. On the next inhale, participants are prompted to feel this joyful energy ascend through the body, enriching the head and neck, while exhaling to send this warmth into the arms and hands.
Breathing Heart Light
The act of breathing is highlighted as the source of spreading this heart light through the body. With each breath, participants are encouraged to visualize the light flowing freely, nourishing every part of their being. The notion of this light being endless and replenishing enhances the feeling of connection and vitality within.
