Focus: Center your gaze on the tip of your nose. This technique may feel unusual, but it helps foster a deeper connection during meditation.
Timing: While the goal is to gradually work up to 31 minutes of meditation, beginners are encouraged to start with shorter periods—three, six, or eleven minutes—and build up from there.
