In the later stages of our practice, we focus back on our heart center, meditating while feeling the energy flowing from our heart chakra. We are encouraged to repeat the bija mantra of the heart center: “Yum,” while bringing our awareness to feelings of love, compassion, and kindness.
Taking slow, deep breaths, we visualize the emerald light emanating from our heart center, enveloping our being and creating peace both internally and in our surroundings.
Final Reflection and Gratitude
As we conclude our practice, we exchange energy with gratitude. The final positions emphasize heart closure, balancing the opening received from the session. We take the time to notice any changes or shifts in our bodies and minds, ensuring we integrate the benefits of this practice effectively.
