Gratitude for our bodies and breath is emphasized, and participants are reminded to draw strength not from muscle power but from an inner reservoir of energy. As fatigue sets in, Christy prompts participants to push through, highlighting the impermanence of discomfort and the eventual relief that comes from listening to one’s needs.
Integrative Meditation
In the latter part of the session, participants engage in a seated meditation while repeating a transformative mantra that translates to themes of infinity, life, death, and rebirth. This sacred chant fosters a connection to deeper states of awareness and understanding.
