Concluding the Session: Total Relaxation
Finally, we conclude our practice with Savasana, or deep relaxation. Lying flat on your back, turn your feet outwards and let your palms rest up by your sides. This closing phase allows you to relax each muscle group in the body, facilitating a sense of peace and connection to the heart chakra that has been awakened during our session.
