Part 5/8:
The practice gradually transitioned into more restorative poses such as Puppy Pose and Fish Pose, allowing participants to connect deeper with their breath and emotions. Nico encouraged practitioners to listen to their bodies, promoting a sense of awareness and mindfulness.
As the session progressed towards the concluding stages, participants lay on their backs for Constructive Rest, hugging their knees in to facilitate relaxation. This movement invited them to reflect on the practice, integrate their experiences, and deepen their connection with their heart chakra.
