De-armoring the Heart

As the practice continues, the instructor invites participants to partake in a significant aspect of emotional healing – the process of “de-armoring" the heart. Life experiences can often lead to emotional walls, which the breath can help dissolve. During moments in child’s pose or puppy pose, practitioners are encouraged to surrender fully, allowing the breath to soften and open the heart area further.
