Welcome to Day Four of our Triple Seven Chakra Challenge! Today, we focus on the Heart Chakra, also known as Anahata Chakra. In this session, we engage in a series of yoga poses and breathing exercises designed to open and balance this vital energy center.
Let’s begin by finding a comfortable seated position.
Getting Started with Breathwork
With your finger and thumb connected, place your left hand on your knee and your right hand over your heart. Start by taking a deep inhale, followed by a slow exhale. Repeat this for a few cycles, allowing your breath to deepen and your mind to settle.
As you breathe, let the rhythm of your inhales and exhales guide you.
