Child’s Pose: Melting the Heart Chakra
After finishing the Cat-Cow sequence, we transition into Child’s Pose. Here, allow your heart chakra to relax and melt down towards your mat. This gentle pose encourages introspection and nurtures openness in our heart area.
Breathe deeply for a few moments before springing back into a Table Position, ready to make our way through a series of lunges.
Lunges with Heart Openers
Step the right foot forward into a lunge and sweep your arms upward, letting them meet overhead. Extend your pointer fingers while allowing your heart to lift slightly into a small backbend.
Switch sides by stepping the left foot up and repeating the lunge and heart opener.
