Meditation: Tuning into the Heart Space
Towards the end of the class, participants were led into a powerful meditation featuring the mantra "Sat Nam." This practice aimed to balance the mind and body, allowing for a deeper connection to one's heart center. The instructor encouraged participants to visualize themselves as innocent, beautiful children of light, fostering self-love and compassion.
This meditation was particularly transformative, as it invited individuals to explore their own hearts and reflect on their innate majesty. Participants created mental affirmations, repeating phrases of beauty and innocence, reinforcing their self-worth and connection to the divine.
