Setting Intentions for the Practice
As the session begins, practitioners are invited to set personal intentions. Enabling oneself to check in with their current state of being is essential — a practice that encourages letting go of old habits and embracing the new. This theme of transition and renewal resonates deeply with the momentary stillness of the new moon, creating a perfect environment for introspection.
Settling into a comfortable seated position as the practice commences, participants are led through a series of breath-focused exercises intended to expand their inner awareness. Each breath becomes an opportunity to release tension and root oneself more firmly in the present moment.
