Triangle Push-Ups: Strength Building
In a more dynamic segment, Triangle Push-Ups are introduced, wherein practitioners shift into downward-facing dog while incorporating push-up movements. This exercise challenges both strength and balance, inviting practitioners to find their rhythm between breath and bodily movement. They alternate sides to ensure equal engagement of both arms.
