As movement continues, the body becomes aware of its natural alignment. Inhaling, practitioners learn to draw the shoulder blades down the back, promoting proper posture and calmness within. Shoulders and elbows begin to drop as breath flows seamlessly in and out—hands crossing over the heart once again on the exhale, a moment of reflection before transitioning to a grounded position. As hands glide down to the knees, the heart leads the movement forward, following with an exhale that rounds the back, creating a gentle flow that defines the practice.
