This heart chakra pose requires walking the arms out, allowing the shoulder blades to relax while keeping the hips aligned over the knees. Pulsing in and out of this pose opens the heart, inviting breath to navigate through the stretch between the shoulders. Each gentle pulse connects the practitioner deeper to their emotional state, fostering feelings of vulnerability and strength simultaneously.
