As the practice continues, there is a movement into Downward Dog. Here, the hip bones reach towards the back of the room while the heart draws forward, bringing a balance of strength and softness. Returning to Downward Dog, a rhythm is established—a dance of the back of the heart drawing forward and the hips pressing back.

With a mindful step, the right foot finds its way between the hands once more for another round of Runner's Lunge. This time, the focus shifts as hands set further back, allowing the head and chest to rise steadily. Each exhale arches the spine, following the natural flow of breath.
