Throughout the session, affirmations related to the heart chakra are introduced, inviting individuals to resonate with the vibrational energy of these words. As participants breathe deeply, they are encouraged to embody the essence of self-acceptance, compassion for both themselves and others, and a peaceful state of being.
The meditation culminates in an invocation of the seed sound Yam, a traditional sound used in chakra meditations, which participants can either recite or simply absorb. Observing sensations in the heart space as they radiate throughout the upper body becomes a significant aspect of this practice, allowing for deeper connection with the heart chakra.
