As students shifted through various poses—from Sufi Grind for spinal flexibility to Breath of Fire for energizing the core—the instructor reminded them to stay present within their own experiences. Keeping their eyes closed allowed participants to focus inward, enhancing their connection with the breath and bodily sensations.
Throughout the class, the notion of "ten bodies" was introduced, highlighting the interplay of different aspects of being as students engaged in exploring their soul body. Emphasizing the benefits of developing this spiritual body, the instructor illustrated how it leads to enhanced emotional resilience and a greater understanding of one’s life purpose.
