The foundational step in today's practice is to slow down and focus on our breath. Deep inhalations and complete exhalations bring consciousness to our heartbeats, encouraging a calming effect, particularly beneficial after a stressful day.

As the practice unfolds, we engage in a series of movements that incorporate both the upper and lower body, encouraging heart-opening postures by strengthening the back muscles and shoulders. Starting with gentle shoulder movements, we create space within our bodies to facilitate deeper breaths, enriching our connection to the heart space.
