Ali opens the class by welcoming both returning and new yogis, encouraging viewers to subscribe for future classes. The purpose of this session is to work through each of the body's chakras, starting from the root chakra located at the base of the spine and concluding with the crown chakra at the top of the head. Throughout the practice, participants will cleanse negative energies and invite in positive affirmations and emotions.
Ali recommends using yoga blocks to aid in the practice, though they are not strictly necessary. Participants are encouraged to bring their energy and intentions, rolling out their mats and readying themselves for a collective journey through the energy system.
