Once you are settled, the first exercise involves gently tapping the heart chakra area, located in the center of your chest. The instructor suggests that you form two light fists and tap lightly in this area, allowing for any potential blockages to begin breaking apart.
As you tap, the instructor encourages deep breathing through the nose and exhaling through the mouth, while also inviting you to close your eyes. This creates an atmosphere of focus, drawing attention to the sensations in your chest as you breathe deeply and rhythmically.
