This energy center is linked to pleasure and sexuality, corresponding with the element of water, which is present in our physiological makeup. Balancing this chakra is thought to foster creativity, intimacy, and emotional health.
The Navel Chakra: maNipUraka
Positioned just below the navel is the third chakra, maNipUraka, or the navel chakra. This chakra signifies our connection to nourishment received in the womb, reflecting its association with power, hunger, and sustenance.
