Once Kundalini rises through these knots, it gathers in the Brahmarandra located at the crown of the head, resulting in an experience of immense bliss known as Ananda. This bliss is separate from the fleeting joys of life; it is a profound state characterized by non-attachment, where one feels joy irrespective of external circumstances.
At this pinnacle state, the energy transforms into Amita, described as the nectar of immortality in various yoga and Buddhist texts. Amita flows down through the body, saturating every part and leading to a heightened state of bliss. It is this state of bliss that serves as a precursor to deeper meditative states, known as samadhi.
