It was during these intervals that we had the restorative opportunity to engage in long deep breathing, allowing our bodies to absorb the exertion while easing tension.

The integration of mudras and mantras played a significant role in this session. Mudras act as seals between the body and energy flow, aiding in enhancing our meditative experiences. The Maha Mudra, for instance, requires a specific positioning of the foot against the perineum, promoting energy flow throughout the body.
